Description
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualification and alignment with job requirements.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing strategies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an attractive workplace through social media and outreach campaigns.
- Good Communication skills
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and company culture fit.
Requirements
- College Graduate of any business course
- Proven experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good Communication skills
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS
