Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain candidate databases.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across various platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and applicant tracking system.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, talent acquisition, communication, and talent management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and ability to work under pressure.
