Job Description

This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various positions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment standards. The Assistant Recruitment Manager also helps manage recruitment campaigns, maintains candidate databases, and liaises with external agencies when needed.


Requirements

  • Must be interested to apply ABROAD.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles in the International hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Ability to source and attract candidates through creative and effective channels.
  • Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance is a plus.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
