Description
- Working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities.
- Writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on established criteria.
- Conducting initial interviews and coordinating follow-up interviews with team leaders or direct supervisors.
- Organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong employer brand.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and employment practices.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Has good communication in English
- has 2 years work experience in recruitment for manpower
