- Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Proficient in collaborating with team members across various departments.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and administrative issues.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documents as required.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willing to work in Clark Pampanga.
