Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a database of applicants and job postings.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
