• Be the North American & European Business Development candidate sourcing expert on the team
• Communicate with hiring managers and the team to understand our hiring requirements, before translating that into job descriptions for targeted candidates
• Source top talent using a variety of creative techniques and identify passive candidates across different platforms
• Manage the recruitment pipeline, including assessing resource status and needs, coordinating recruitment events and sourcing activities, and overseeing referral processes
• Contribute to ensuring a world-class candidate experience
• Continuously enhance and improve the candidate experience

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment within cryptocurrency exchanges or recruitment agencies
• Strong recruitment fundamentals, particularly in candidate management, with a clear understanding of necessary actions at each stage
• Good understanding of the recruitment process and required actions at each stage
• Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills in English
• A passion for identifying and hiring exceptional talent
• Experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is preferred
• Knowledge of hiring practices and regulations in North America and European regions
