Topin Recruitment Limited is a Hong Kong–based headhunting and HR consulting firm founded in 2025(sister concern of DLPRC). We specialize in executive search and talent solutions across Technology, Finance, Real Estate, Media, and Gaming. We are expanding and looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid–senior roles across multiple industries.
• Conduct client meetings, understand hiring needs, and provide market insights.
• Source and approach candidates through headhunting, networking, and market mapping.
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Guide junior recruiters and support business development as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment or executive search experience.
• Strong ability to recruit for specialized and senior roles.
• Chinese proficiency required; English preferred.
• Excellent communication, sourcing skills, and relationship-building ability.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments.
