We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring workflow. We need someone who can execute and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain accuracy, and keep processes moving efficiently.


Your ability to identify and attract top talent will play a key role in building a strong and diverse workforce for our organization. In addition, you will support the team with back-end administrative tasks, documentation, and process management.


The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and very willing to learn—especially as we continuously refine our systems, tools, and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
  • Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Review and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of talent for current and future roles.
  • Candidate Assessment & Selection
  • Conduct initial and in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate background checks and reference verification for selected candidates.
  • Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Operations & ATS Management
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data and keep records accurate and updated.
  • Assist in implementing and improving recruitment workflows and process documentation.
  • HR Support & Administrative Tasks
  • Support ongoing HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
  • Assist with general HR back-end tasks as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the client or leadership.
  • Market Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to developing and refining recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and end-to-end recruitment processes within a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or similar environment, hiring across multiple industries (e.g., technology, legal, real estate, and more).
  • Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems. 
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify top candidates. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. 
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
  • High level of enthusiasm and dedication to attracting top talent to the company. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
  • Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required before onboarding.


Working Hours:

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time


Pay: $750 + $55 Allowance per month
