Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
