- Installs, maintains, and repairs ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment.
- Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Executes risk-based maintenance on systems and equipment.
- Cleans, adjusts, and repairs systems and executes warranty services.
- Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Provides technical direction and on-the-job trainings.
- Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Complies with service and safety standards and work instructions.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
- Drives company service vehicles to perform logistic operations on bringing repair materials, equipment, and personnel for repairs and maintenance. (Advantage)
- Has at least 6 months of related work experience in repairs and maintenance (specifically with ref and aircon equipment).
- Has a valid drivers license covering manual and automatic transmission vehicles. (Advantage)
- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
- Ability to communicate clearly in verbal & writing form and proficient in reading work plans.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, dominantly night shift.
- Able to work in confined spaces.
- Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations.
