Job Description
- A PHRN - Non voice Campaign (Philippine Registered Nurse) is responsible for providing remote healthcare support through chat, email, or system-based documentation rather than phone calls. This role involves reviewing medical records, processing claims, verifying insurance details, handling case management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols.
- The PHRN collaborates with medical professionals to deliver accurate and efficient patient care coordination while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy in all transactions. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in medical documentation are essential for success in this role.
- Salary and Perks:
- ₱31,000 package plus a ₱30,000 signing bonus
- 20% night differential
- HMO coverage for employees starting on Day 1, with dependent coverage available upon certification
- Life and accident insurance
- Annual salary increase based on performance
- 13th and 14th-month pay
- At least 1 year of hospital, clinical, or any nursing work experience, provided a Certificate of Employment (COE) can be presented
- Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Libis
- Can start immediately
