  • We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Rental Property Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of our residential or commercial rental properties. In this role, you will ensure that all properties are maintained to a high standard, addressing routine maintenance requests, performing repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living or working environment for tenants.

    • Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a similar field.
    • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
