Description
- Manage and oversee all reservation activities
- Ensure optimal booking efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with front desk and departments for guest needs
- Analyze reservation trends and prepare reports
- Train and support staff on reservation systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and special requests
- Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Job Title: Reservation Manager
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of related experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, strong customer relationship management, effective communication skills.
