Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff, ensure quality customer service, and control costs.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement policies to enhance service quality.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
Prepare financial reports and manage budgeting for the cafe.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Willing to work at El Espacio Cafe Baguio.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant or Cafe management or relevant roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong restaurant management and cost management skills; able team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; proficient in computer applications.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; including weekends and holidays.
Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
