Description
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Learn inventory management and ordering procedures.
- Support training and development of new employees.
- Help maintain health and safety standards.
- Participate in promotional activities and events.
- Manage cash handling and financial reporting.
- Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain health regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in food service or restaurant management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem solver.
