Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive teamwork environment.
- Manage inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies.
- Monitor health and safety regulations compliance.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong team player, effective communicator, skilled in quality control and operations management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage inventory, ensure cost management, and maintain documentation.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires flexibility in hours, including evenings and weekends.
