SariPrime is our exclusive retail distributorship arm, built to enhance reach, service levels, and sales growth for our partner principals. We provide efficient, direct distribution across a wide range of retail channels – including supermarkets, wholesalers, and medium to large-format sari-sari stores.


We’re looking for a Retail Account Executive to manage one of our key principal accounts in the Personal Care category. This role will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations and business growth with key retail accounts, particularly national and regional supermarkets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned key retail accounts, with focus on national & regional supermarkets
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the principal (brand) and SariPrime for day-to-day execution and account management
  • Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, inventory replenishment, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the principal on trade marketing plans, merchandising programs, and in-store activations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, promo execution, and in-store visibility
  • Coordinate with field sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to meet service level targets with key retailers
  • Support business reviews and reporting requirements for internal and principal stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales within FMCG, retail, or distribution industry
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling retail or supermarket accounts is preferred
  • Analytical, highly organized, and results-oriented
  • Willing to do fieldwork and store visits regularly
