• We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays.
• You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive shopping experience, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.
• Greet and assist customers with product selection.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Support promotional activities and product displays.
• MUST know how to operate a POS machine.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating retail POS systems (training on specific system provided)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of previous FASHION OR RETAIL experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
