Description
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed properly.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking items as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Assist customers, manage sales transactions, meet sales targets, and maintain product knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in retail sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, sales training expertise, proficient in telesales, and both inbound and outbound calling.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, requiring standing for extended periods and occasional evening or weekend work.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a team.
