The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in choosing gadgets and accessories, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive sales. This role also involves handling cashiering, maintaining store displays, and contributing to overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting gadgets, mobile devices, and accessories
• Demonstrate product features and provide after-sales support when needed
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Handle cashiering duties including processing payments and issuing receipts
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and proper stock arrangement
• Monitor inventory and assist in stock replenishment
• Stay updated on the latest gadgets, trends, and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly
• Assist in store opening/closing procedures and daily sales reports

• At least High School Graduate (College level/graduate preferred)
• With or without retail experience (experience in gadget sales is an advantage)
• Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about the latest gadgets, devices, and accessories
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, approachable, and confident in sales
• Basic knowledge of cashiering and POS systems is an advantage
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Energetic, trustworthy, and a good team player
