Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handling, updating, and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
2. Assisting BM's on pre-screening documents/requirements submitted by the loans consultant.
3. Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
4. Assist in the recruitment and Onboarding of new loan consultants.
5. Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.
6. Assist/execute programs implemented by the LC Relations Department.
7. Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements

1. Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig, for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).
2. 1-2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course, with relevant experience in banking and finance.
3. Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Can communicate confidently—both written and verbal—and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
