Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, can work in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the selling area
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are properly displayed
• Process payments accurately at the cashier (if assigned)
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock
• Participate in product training and store meetings

Qualification:

• At least 6 months of retail or sales experience (preferred)
• High school graduate or college level
• With good communication skills
• No visible tattoos (if required by company)
• Height requirement: Female 5’2" / Male 5’4" (if applicable)
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• With a pleasing personality and good customer service skills
