Description
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Process transactions efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or sales preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, inventory management, public speaking, presentation, after-sales management, customer management, branding, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inventory, conduct presentations, and address after-sales inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
