Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves, displays, and stock areas.
Provide professional gift-wrapping services according to store standards and customer preferences.
Ensure gift wrapping materials are stocked and organized at all times.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
Answer customer inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies.
Follow all store safety and security procedures.
Support other store operations as needed.
