  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas.
  • Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
  • Ensure all rooms meet quality standards.
  • Report maintenance issues to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms; ensure all amenities are replenished.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses a positive attitude.
