Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms, assist guests with inquiries, and report issues to supervisors.
- Restock supplies and amenities as needed.
- Ensure all assignments are completed in a timely manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest requests.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service aptitude, and effective customer relationship management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may involve standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a friendly demeanor.
