Description
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Develop and implement safety training programs.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes.
- Maintain safety documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with management to promote a safety-first culture.
- Provide guidance on safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Job Title: Safety Officer 2 and 3
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in safety and operations management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of safety protocols, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and operations management expertise.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct safety audits, develop safety policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in various environments, including industrial sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong leader.
