- Follow strictly protocol set by the Cooperative.
- Judicious use of resources. Utilize resources (materials and people) by need and quantities should be just appropriate to the assigned work.
- Professionalism in the work place.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Engineering Major in Agricultural, Industrial or related courses.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in related field.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Knowledgeable in computer usage & Excel.
- Valid Competency Certificates

- Registration as a Health and Safety Officer
