Description
- Direct link or as a primary point of contact between a company and its clients
- Introduce products to clients such as specifications, design, layout, pricing, computation, quotations and service included
- To achieve sales target, quota and metrics
- Execute plans and develop strategies to meet and exceed established quota
- Prospect and attract new clients referred or sent by field sales and possible walk in clients
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction in providing continuous support and after sales service
- Forward sales report and all documents necessary for the function
- Monitor, maintain and update showroom displays and samples for clients
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- With proven sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills and sales/marketing
- Effective customer-relations skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
