SENIOR SALES ACCOUNT

Productivity Technologies Services Inc. is an end to end IT reseller of IT hardware, software and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by generating new leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.


Responsibilities:

a.     Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events. Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

b.     Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including needs analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and highlight the value proposition.

c.      Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular updates to management.

d.     Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Identify potential new markets and opportunities for growth.

e.     Proposal Creation: Develop and deliver high-quality, professional sales proposals that are tailored to the specific needs of each client. Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company pricing strategies.

f.      Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

g.     Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and ongoing support.


Qualifications:

√      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

√     Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales  targets.

√    Strong understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies.

 √    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 √    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 √    Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

√      Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

 √      Ability to work independently and as part of a team

   Willing to work onsite, five (5) times a week from Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm)
