The Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing client accounts. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing timely and effective solutions. The Sales Account Executive coordinates with internal teams to ensure the accurate delivery of products or services, while also identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements.
• Monitor account performance, client orders, and documentation.
• Provide professional and prompt responses to client inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and presentations for client meetings and management reviews.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications, transactions, and account activities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client decision-makers.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and client agreements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or Team Lead.
