Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, manage customer data, prepare sales reports, and coordinate between departments.
Manage sales documents and databases
Coordinate customer communications and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Support the preparation of sales presentations
Perform data entry and reporting as needed
Help with order processing and tracking

Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or related field is required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in reports generation, excellent coordination abilities, and familiarity with CRM software.
