- Develop and manage TikTok shop presence.
- Create engaging content to showcase products.
- Analyze trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Interact with customers and handle inquiries.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service across our e-commerce channels
- Manage orders, returns, and transactions efficiently on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Host engaging and informative live-selling sessions to promote products and drive conversions
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist in uploading, updating, and optimizing product listings
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan promotions, bundles, and campaigns tailored to our target audience
- A graduate of any 4-year business-related course
- Excellent in communication — both on-camera and in customer conversations
- Knowledgeable or willing to learn about nailcare, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, and food & beverage trends
- Confident in live selling, with a friendly and persuasive personality
- Tech-savvy and familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
- Detail-oriented, a team player, and eager to grow in the e-commerce and digital retail space
- Previous experience in beauty or F&B retail, customer service, or live selling is a plus
