- Lead a team of sales representatives in a designated area.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sales management or relevant roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy, key account management, and strong organizational abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with some travel required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and adaptability.
