- Prepare proposals and contracts subject to approval of the President
- Process request for appraisal services
- Manage and ensure a smooth flow of the appraisal process by coordinating with technical group and the client as often as necessary.
- Ensure completion of requirement (documents and payment) from clients before processing request.
Requirements:
- With experience in the appraisal & valuation industry is a plus
- Willing to work in Makati City
