We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Officer to help expand our client base in the security services industry. This role is ideal for candidates who can independently generate leads, build strong relationships, and close deals with corporate clients. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to turnover—while being fully supported by management and operations.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach
  • Conduct prospecting activities to understand client needs, security concerns, and service requirements
  • Present tailored proposals that match client objectives and expectations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Manage the full client buying process, identifying decision-makers and engaging them effectively
  • Close new business deals and coordinate a smooth handover to the account management team
  • Provide feedback and insights based on client interactions to help improve service offerings
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Proven B2B sales experience—service industry background (security, manpower, telco, logistics, etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate and close leads
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify client pain points and propose practical solutions
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and accountable
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
