Marketing & Sales Growth Intern (Hybrid – Alabang)

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern to support our Workforce Solutions business. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, marketing, and research while contributing directly to a growing company.


The intern will focus primarily on LinkedIn presence, client research, cold outreach, and digital content, while also assisting with ad hoc tasks across other brands if needed. This position is hybrid, with reporting in Alabang and flexibility to work online depending on the line manager.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Research & Lead Generation

  • Research potential client companies (IT, Healthcare, Architecture/Design).
  • Build and update lead lists in Google Sheets/CRM.
  • Track opportunities, events, and industry communities for business growth.


Outreach & Sales Support

  • Assist in sending cold email campaigns and LinkedIn connection requests/messages
  • Follow up with prospects and help keep track of responses.
  • Prepare weekly reports on outreach numbers and results.


LinkedIn Presence & Content Support (Workforce Solutions focus)

  • Draft and schedule posts for the founder’s LinkedIn (content calendar will be provided).
  • Monitor engagement and assist in community-building (commenting/responding).
  • Research industry trends in outsourcing/IT/healthcare/design to inspire future posts.


Social Media & Trends

  • Assist in repurposing content for other platforms (Facebook, IG, Twitter/X, etc.) when needed.
  • Stay observant of trends and provide insights on what’s working in the B2B space.
  • Track performance and suggest adjustments using simple analytics.


Adhoc Support (if needed)

  • Provide occasional support for other brands (wellness, architecture, real estate).
  • Assist with adhoc admin or reporting tasks from the line manager.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office,and social media channels.
  • Analytical and research-oriented mindset — able to spot patterns and opportunities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
  • Interest in sales, client research, and business development.
  • Optional: Knows how to use programming tools like Python, etc.
  • Able to work hybrid (report to Alabang occasionally).
  • Open to receiving Php 350 daily allowance during the internship period.
