Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Officer is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and performance monitoring of both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. This role ensures brand consistency, measurable impact, and effective coordination between marketing, creatives, and store operations. As a supervisory-level position, the role involves managing team output, overseeing campaigns, handling influencer relations, and ensuring all marketing efforts contribute to business growth and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 4–6 years of retail marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior- level role.

• Proven background in digital marketing, campaign management, and creative direction.

• Solid understanding of marketing analytics and budgeting.

• Experience in KOL/influencer management and cross-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Planning

-Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget proposal aligned with company objectives.

-Identify market trends, opportunities, and key channels to strengthen brand positioning and sales.

-Ensure alignment of all marketing campaigns with business goals and performance metrics.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

-Work closely with store branches, ticketing management, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing promotions and events.

-Align marketing timelines, deliverables, and priorities across cross-functional teams.

• Creative & Campaign Oversight

-Review and pre-approve campaign materials, creatives, and copy to ensure brand alignment.

-Provide direction and feedback to the creatives team to maintain quality and consistency across all marketing channels.

• Digital Marketing & Performance

-Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, content strategy, paid ads, and analytics.

-Monitor and optimize campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

-Track KPIs and ROI using analytics tools and report performance to management.

-Oversee email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online brand visibility initiatives.

• KOL & Influencer Management

-Manage KOLs and influencer partnerships, including coordination, briefings, and content approvals.

-Ensure influencer deliverables align with campaign goals and brand tone.

• Performance Reporting & Budget Control

-Monitor marketing spend, performance, and efficiency, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.

-Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to present insights, results, and recommendations for improvement.

• Leadership & Supervision

-Supervise and mentor the marketing and creatives team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

-Conduct performance reviews, task delegation, and project monitoring.

-Drive team development and skill enhancement to meet marketing goals.

• Others

-Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.

-Assist in crisis communication and urgent marketing needs during unforeseen events.

-Participate in company-wide initiatives, training programs, and events to strengthen brand engagement.

-Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

-Provide ad-hoc reports, presentations, and recommendations to management as needed.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and relevant regulations in all marketing activities.
