Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, Public Speaking, Sales Training, Sales Management, and Social Media. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable with a passion for sales and marketing.
