SALES DUTIES

1. Promote and sell company products/services through online platforms (social media, e-commerce, company website).
2. Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging apps in a professional and timely manner.
3. Conduct live selling sessions to engage potential buyers and drive sales.
4. Prepare, update, and maintain online product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
5. Monitor and track orders, coordinate with logistics/delivery, and ensure smooth transaction processing.
6. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

MARKETING DUTIES

1. Create engaging marketing content, including captions, product highlights, and short promotional videos.
2. Manage social media accounts and execute online campaigns to boost brand awareness.
3. Develop strategies for paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok, etc.) to increase reach and conversions.
4. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance (traffic, engagement, conversion rates).
5. Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
6. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales.
7. Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance to management.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
