Description

  • Helping customers find what they need, answering questions about products and making recommendations.
  • Handling payments, processing returns and exchanges and issuing receipts.
  • Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Inform customers about sales, promotions, and new products.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive experience
  • Receiving, restocking and conducting stock counts
  • Helping with marketing campaigns, loyalty programs and store promotions.
  • Suggesting additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
