- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners, including loan consultants, retailers, distributors, and suppliers, to ensure mutual growth and success.
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events, ensuring active involvement of loan consultants to maximize exposure and engagement.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies, partner performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, offering data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and enhance partner relations.
- Maintain regular communication with active loan consultants, providing timely updates on program changes, new initiatives, and available support to foster engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the management team in additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the business and the achievement of strategic goals.
- Other tasks that the management team deems necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- at least 6 months - 1 year of experience relevant to the position.
- Excellent attention to detail, customer-service oriented, proficient in Microsoft office and CRM systems
