Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Mall of Asia, Pasay City! The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, well-groomed, and driven to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service to every customer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to address customer inquiries.
• Generate sales and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
• Perform monthly inventory and stock checks.
• Monitor stock movements and replenish supplies when necessary.
• Handle payments accurately and pack products when required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Of legal working age and physically fit to perform job duties.
• College Level or Senior High School Graduate.
• Experience in sales (eyewear experience is a plus).
• With cashiering experience.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Well-groomed and has a pleasant personality.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on holidays, weekends, extended hours, and shifting schedules.
• Willing to work in different locations if needed.
• No history of attendance or punctuality issues.
