Description
1. Compile product SKUs and search for new products.
2. Respond to customers' pre-sales and after-sales inquiries, promptly identifying product issues and making corrections.
3. Complete customer orders in a timely manner.
4. Manage customer orders.
Requirements
1. A junior college degree or higher obtained through the national unified enrollment; no major restrictions apply.
2. When facing problems, do not complain, but communicate promptly to find solutions.
3. Be able to endure hardships and fatigue, possess strong stress resilience, and have a high sense of responsibility.
4. Have the ability to use basic office software, and be proficient in WORD, EXCEL, and PPT.
