Job Description

  • Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain and manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point of sale (POS) systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with POS systems.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
