Description
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain customer databases and track sales metrics.
- Coordinate communication between clients and sales representatives.
- Prepare and process sales orders and documentation.
- Support marketing efforts by organizing promotional activities.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in outside sales, lead generation, and relationship building; strong communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support sales team, manage customer relationships, and assist in lead generation efforts.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, team player, and self-motivated.
