Description
- Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage client communications and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and presentations for the sales team.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in negotiation, sales support, training, quotation preparation, contracts management, and possess strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel to client sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proactive, and detail-oriented.
