Description
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Coordinate sales meetings and customer communications.
- Provide support in order processing and tracking.
- Help develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure effective communication between departments.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience is acceptable, ideally in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, negotiation, and sales support skills, along with the ability to conduct sales training.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours; occasional travel may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong organization abilities are essential.
