Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities by understanding client requirements and proposing appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring and retaining clients.
• Work closely with engineering, product development, and after-sales service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical consultation and support during the pre-sales and post-sales process.
• Gather market insights and feedback to help refine products, services, or strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or engineering-related roles.
• Strong understanding of the company’s products, industry standards, and client applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both English and Filipino).
• Negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines for client visits.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• PRC license (Engineer) can be an advantage.
